We are looking for an IT assistant with expertise in a BPO or call center working environment. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for computer/laptop systems and networks, assisting with software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This is a Night shift, full-time, office-based job position.

Key Responsibilities:
· Network Support: Ensure stable and reliable internet connectivity, including proper configuration and support for VPN access.
· VPN Support: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections to ensure reliable remote access.
· Technical Support:Providing first-line technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
· System Maintenance:Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and hardware.
· Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical problems with computer systems and applications.
· Inventory Management: Tracking and managing IT equipment inventory.
Requirements:
· Proficient in VPN Usage: Demonstrated expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections.
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Excellent verbal and communication skills.
· Prior experience of working in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
