From there, her technical recruitment passion soared. She was a Technical Recruiter at iSoft Technologies, honing her skills in sourcing and assessing talent for highly technical positions. She wasn‘t simply putting up job postings, she was headhunting, networking, and learning the language of the tech world. She discovered what constitutes an exceptional backend developer, how to evaluate a frontend designer, and how to distinguish between good and great candidates.

Now, with 3.5 years of experience under her belt, Sehar has settled in at Folium AI as a Senior HR Executive. It‘s a position that combines everything she‘s acquired people skills learned during her time in real estate, technical skills gained in the IT field, and strategic insight that only comes with living through both the highs and lows. She‘s collaborating with some of the most intelligent minds in AI, creating teams that are not only competent but also cooperative and motivated.
